Every week I will be posting a few photographs highlighting some of the beautiful parts of my home town of Montreal. This week I am featuring Place d’Armes, a square in Old Montreal located right in front of the Notre-Dame Basilica.
One of the square’s prominent features is the Maisonneuve Monument, an ode to Paul de Chomedey de Maisonneuve, the founder of Montreal.
