Charlottetown, PEI

Big Fish Charlottetwon Ford Ice Cream The Wellington

The final destination of my road trip across Atlantic Canada was Prince-Edward Island and the first stop was the provincial capital, Charlottetown. Charlottetown is referred to as the “birthplace of confederation” because of the important role it played in getting Canada it’s independence.
It is a small town full of charm, historical significance, and oh yeah… food! With an abundance of great restaurants ranging anywhere from pub-style fish and chips to fine dining, you could walk into almost any place and be sure to get delicious, fresh seafood and some excellent locally brewed beer.
